    Free shipping on any order over $20. 

    If the items in your order which qualify for'Free Shipping' total $20 or more, your order ships FREE! We will ship items from Asia to USA, Canada and United Kingdom. For other countries, please contact us for more information.

    Flat rate shipping for order less than $20 is $3.99.
    Your order will be processed within 24-48 hours after payment. All packages are shipped with tracking number on every order

    Q: How long will my order take to arrive? 

    A: Most orders are shipped within 1 business day, orders placed over the weekend are shipped on Monday or the next business day. While most of our customers receive their orders within 10 - 22 business days occasionally an order can take a little longer as processing times by the Postal Service and Customs may effect delivery times.

    Unfortunately once an order is shipped we have no control over these delays. We therefore recommend that you allow a delivery time of 2 to 3 weeks from the date your order is shipped. We also suggest that you order 4 to 6 weeks before your pet requires treatment.

    Products will be delivered by United States Postal Service (USPS) for United States.

    Q: Are your products Genuine? 

    A: Yes, all our products are genuine. We buy all the products directly from authorized wholesalers and hence control our supply chain. All our products are genuine and are official versions manufactured by the same manufacturer who makes the equivalent product for the USA market.

    A: We're constantly sourcing products from around the world, looking for the best deals.

    This means, depending on the region, our prices can fluctuate due to market conditions and licensing regulations from various pharmaceutical companies.

    Additionally, because we're also onto a good thing with our customers, we get lots of orders, further enabling us buying power with manufacturers and distributors. This means, we're able to pass discounts directly to you.

  • How do I return or refund an item?

    Return if:
    You receive a product which is not what you ordered. 
    You ordered the wrong product and would like an exchange only. 
    Refund if:
    You receive a product which is not what you ordered. 
    We will not accept returns or refunds if:
    You changed your mind. 
    An order cannot be cancelled once it has shipped.
    Your item is delivered late. 
    Your item packaging is different than you're used to. 
    Any reason other than listed under the allowed return section. 
    For exchange: we will send your new item once we receive the previous item. The item must be in good condition, unused, original package without open.
    Process for approved returns & refunds:
    If you received the wrong item, please contact us with your order ID. We will exchange the item at free of charge. Return shipping fees will be paid by you, then refund will be deducted 20% restocking fee of the items purchase price once received.
    Orders will only be considered as possibly lost if they have not been delivered after 30 business days from the shipped date and the tracking status is unshown status.
